"తాజ్ మహల్" యొక్క అందమైన గోపురం నిర్మాణం  మూలలో 4 మినార్లు ఇది ఒక  ప్రత్యేకమైన "ఇస్లామిక్" నిర్మాణం అని మీరు ఎప్పుడైనా అనుకుంటే,అది పొరపాటు.మీరు మరోసారి ఆలోచిం చాల్సిందే.
 2 వ CE కి ముందు పెషావర్ వద్ద నిర్మించిన "కనిష్క" స్థూపాన్ని చూడండి.  కనిష్క స్థూపం యొక్క గోపురం నిర్మాణం మరియు మూలలో స్తంభాలు మీ ఆలోచనలను మారుస్తాయి?

తాజ్ నిర్మాణ సమయానికి ఇది కనీసం 1400 సంవత్సరాలు పాతది.
ఇది ఖచ్చితంగా ఇస్లామిక్ శైలి కాదు అని గమనించాలి.

ఇస్లాంలో 4 మినార్లకు అర్థం / ఉద్దేశ్యం లేదు (అది కూడా ఒక సమాధిలో).  ఇస్లాం సాధారణంగా మసీదు దగ్గర ఒక మినార్ మాత్రమే అజాన్ కోసం ప్రజలను పిలుస్తుంది.
అయితే, 4 వ బౌద్ధ మండలి చక్రవర్తి కనిష్క సమావేశమైన తరువాత కనిష్క స్థూపం సృష్టించబడింది.
స్మారక చిహ్నం ఎదుర్కొంటున్న 4 సింహాలు అంటే, "ధర్మం" ను రక్షించడానికి మరియు సమర్థించడానికి అన్ని "4 దిశల నుండి రాజులు 4 వ సమావేశానికి" వచ్చారు.  వారు బుద్ధ యొక్క తామర పాదాల క్రింద శరణార్థిని ఆశ్రయించారు.  ఈ స్థూపంలో బుద్ధ శేషాలను పట్టుకున్న పేటిక ఉంది

4 లయన్స్ మతం మొత్తం 4 దిశలలో పోషకత్వాన్ని అనుభవిస్తుందని సూచిస్తుంది.శరణార్థిని కోరిన రాజులందరూ బుద్ధిస్ట్ "ధర్మం" ను 4 దిశలలో వ్యాప్తి చేయడానికి తమను తాము కట్టుబడి ఉన్నారని కూడా దీని అర్థం.  కాబట్టి,
దీనికి చాలా భావం & అర్థం ఉంది.

If you ever thought that the beautiful domed structure of "Taj Mahal" and 4 minarets at the corner are unique "Islamic" architecture, Think again. Have a look at "Kanishka" sthupa that was a magnificent structure of its time constructed at Peshawar before 2nd CE. The domed structure and corner pillars of Kanishka sthupa trigger something in your head? The dome with an inverted lotus cupola and 4 corner pillars was a design that was invented by native Indian artists. It is a minimum of 1400 years older by the time of Taj construction. It is definitely a non-islamic design.

There is no meaning/purpose for 4 minarets in Islam (that too in a tomb). Islam usually erects only one minaret near a mosque to call people for Azan. However, Kanishka stupa was created after 4th Buddhist council was convened by emperor Kanishka. The 4 lions facing the monument means, Kings from all "4 directions came to 4th convention" to protect & upheld "Dharma". They sought refugee under the lotus feet of Budha. The stupa had a casket holding Buddha relics (search for Kanishka casket!). The 4 Lions implies the religion enjoyed patronage in all 4 directions. It also means, all kings who sought refugee have committed themselves to spread Budhist "Dharma" in all 4 directions. So, it has lot of sense & meaning.
